Shipping and returns policy
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak periods or for larger orders, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
All shipments are sent via express courier (FedEx or DHL). Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days within Europe and 5–7 business days for international destinations.

We ship to the following countries at the rates listed below:
- Italy: €10 — Free shipping on orders over €180
- European Union: €15 — Free shipping on orders over €180
- United Kingdom: £15 — Free shipping on orders over £180
- United States & Canada: $30 — Free shipping on orders over $270
- Switzerland: CHF 20 — Free shipping on orders over CHF 180
- Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia & Montenegro: €30
- Japan, Australia & New Zealand: €35 — Free shipping on orders over €600
- Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, UAE, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Singapore & India: €35
- Argentina, Mexico, Brazil & Chile: €55
DUTIES & TAXES
The following countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and import taxes are already included in the final price, and customers will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery:
European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden), United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, and Iceland.
All other destinations are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) — local import duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
If the recipient refuses delivery due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the carrier, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that international orders cannot be canceled once the package is in transit.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, for all items that are not personalized (i.e., without added monograms, special embroidery, or made-to-measure sizes).
To request a return, please contact info@lagallinamatta.com within 14 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email. The item(s) must then be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are as follows:
- Italy & European Union: €10
- United Kingdom: £25
- United States & Canada: €35
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia & Montenegro: €30
- Japan, Australia & New Zealand: €50
- Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Chile & Peru: €60
- Bahrain, South Korea, India, Singapore, Oman, Taiwan, UAE, Hong Kong, Israel, Kuwait & Qatar: €50
Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and verified in their original condition.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
