A table shaped by texture
At the heart of the Belvedere tablescape is a striking flounced tablecloth, designed to give presence and character to the setting. Its edge is traced with an embroidered scalloped motif, conceived so that the beginning and end of the design meet seamlessly around the perimeter of the round table. Each stage of the process demands exceptional precision. Once embroidered, the fabric is cleaned, cut and finished by hand, allowing the flounce to follow the shape of the table and fall in a balanced way. Its tailored elegance is balanced by the natural texture of raffia placemats, while periwinkle accents connect the borders to the napkins and bring lightness to the composition.

The story behind La Rosa
The La Rosa motif originates from a broader study of the floral world. The original drawing depicted a basket overflowing with flowers, a rich composition that proved too intricate when translated into embroidery. A single rose was therefore isolated and refined into a more essential design, developed in two distinct variations across the napkins and coasters. This process of reduction reflects our approach to craftsmanship: simplifying each element until decoration, material and colour find their natural balance.
