Buying Guide
Consulting the catalog of lagallinamatta.com it is possible at any time, within the product sheet, to enter the desired item in the "cart" indicating the quantity (the default quantity is 1, with the exception of some collections, such as the American-style Placemats , for which the default quantity 1 refers to a set of 6 Placemats) and clicking on the relevant cart icon. The amount of the transfer must be credited to the account of La Gallina Matta Italy S.r.l. within five working days of receipt of the e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order. If this deadline elapses in vain, the order will be deemed automatically canceled and will not be processed, without the need for any further communication from La Gallina Matta.
Our refund policies
When an item is returned, the amount of the refund and how it is issued may vary depending on whether the product is being returned under the legal warranty of conformity.
